R4i sdhc Red menu problem

hi

i tried to update my r4i card yesterday after i updated it i went to play a game but when i went into the r4i it said menu? in red

Plz help

 

It cannot find the firmware files.

Download the proper firmware files and put them on your card

Sounds like you might have the wrong firmware on it. There are a few cards out there with the R4i name. If your packaging has any websites on it, go to those websites to ensure you have the right one.

 

but i threw it out becuz i thought that i didnt need it
