Hi, my daughter upgraded her dsi to version 1.4.1E We have the R4i-SDHC card version 1.4. i tried installing the new kernel 1.44b but i get the error "An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power Button....." when i try to run the card from the dsi screen. As far as I was aware if you updated the card firmware to 1.44b then the card would work again, does anyone know what to do? noob to all this! Cheers
does your r4i has an i mark? i think the kernel that you have to download has the i mark then download the v.1.44b. But the kernel 1.44b or 1.43 for r4issdhc with i mark isnt released yet. because Im searching for it all day. But all I can find is r4 sdhc,r4i with 1.43 or whatever mark, and the r4i for 3ds. It sucks because r4i sdhc with i mark hasnt been released yet. sorry for the bad english
Do not upgrade DSi under wifi, It's designd to block out flashcards. Replaceing the new updated firmware by unpacking it and replace the content onto the micro sd chip may help.
