Hello I just bought this new green R4 for my DSi. I downloaded r4.dat , moonshl2 and the r4imenu and placed them in my Micro SD Card. I also made a folder called Games and placed a few games in there. When everything was setup,I opened my DSi to try out my r4 and a red Menu? message was on the the topscreen with a face above it. Why is this happening? What can I do to fix it? My R4 Looks like the one in ndsill.net what shall I do?
The 'red face' card image, means the R4's firmware hasn't been installed properly. Go to the website as per mentioned in the sticker on the cart's body or package box, re-read the installation instruction. I don't think the initial installation method is as simple as 'drag and drop', it should have included running an installation file via the console.
