    i just recived my r4i II and i need help switching skings cause im using the red skin that came with v 1.09 core from r4i-sdhc.com.hk

    i have an r4i neo and mine doesnt either, its stuck on theme 10.
    but i just change theme 10 pictures everytime i want to change it.

    No, mine does not change select doesnt do anything my default theme is number 10 i just change the pictures in my theme file to change how it looks..
