R4i help!

k i recently purchased an r4i platinum for my ds. i download games like animal crossing and pokemon heart gold but when i try to load the games nothing happens both screens turn white. someone plz help. do i need a different r4?

 

What version of the kernel are you using?

 

You can download the latest kernal here.

Or you could try putting YSMenu on it using the tutorial found here.

no i dont think itll work tho cuz my friend tried it and he still has the same problem

 

Hmm, well, are these the only two games that work? Or are there others?

I can look to see if there are some fixes for HG, but I doubt there is one for Animal Crossing, considering I've never seen people have problems with that rom until they used R4i's.
