R4i help

I'm trying to get my new r4i to work but it won't load. Does anyone know what's wrong with it?

My mistake, it's actually an R4i.

 

yeah i see you have moonshl, _system_ and _DS_MENU files
but also you must have another 2 files....
it was : _DS_MENU system file and _DS_MSHL sav file
thats all what i have in my R4

 

The _DS_MENU.DAT file is there, and the Moonshell save file is unnecessary.

When you say it doesn't load, what happens? Is there an error message? If so, what is it?

I have the same problem it saide is loding noting else sombody help me

 

Make sure you have the right firmware. There are a number of different R4s out there, each with different firmware and identical names.

 

If thats the software to u downloaded for that card you have to take the files out of the system folder and paste them straight onto sd card
