R4i gold: lagging?

    Hi. I bought a r4i gold and when i play a game it takes about 5mins to load. Is that normal? Its version 1.4 i think. It takes 10mins to create a save file as well.

    its not normal but r4 sucks so...

    get an acecard 2i

    I have two normal r4 that works great. But the gold one i had to download the system and stuff. I was too stupid not to ask for the person to put it in...

    the gold is a copy form the original my recommendation to you is to buy the real r4...

    Wats the real r4? I have the r4 and r4 plus. And also the r4i gold used on a ds not a dsi

    if you have the original r4 from it should works wonders like mine...

    I heard the m3 was expensive and i dont think they sell it where i live

    have you read the page - they haven't updatet the firmware since 2008! There is no "real" R4 card anymore

    Reformat the card using the Panasonic SD format tool, then put the firmware back on. See if that helps.

    Whats the panasonic sd format tool? Yes, im noob. The firmware i downloaded it so maybe i downloaded the wrong one or something?
