HI I have a r4i gold with the latest firmware. I downloaded the update for the dsi, version 1.4u. Is anyone out there can can help me? I tried many things but all I get is the Star Wars Alliance thing and when i try to load all it does is flicker once and then freeze at a white screen If anyone can help Thanks in advance!
Hi, I am new to r4 CARDS etc. as well about 4 weeks. I have an R4i Gold card 1.4, which I downloaded the latest software for the card. (which a link should be on the outside of your box). The latest software I have seen is v1.33b just out. http://www.r4i-gold.com/en/ To help with other items and through much forum searching you should update the following files : cheat file and save file library. These are: http://filetrip.net/f11604-TTDS-EXT-INFO-SAV-6-14.html and http://cheats.gbatemp.net/Temp/latest/USRCHEAT.DAT.zip The USrcheat file is updating the cheats to work with latest games and i also think it does help with fixes to get certain games running. For the TTDS-EXt-INFo files I am not so sure what this does and why it works. I will say I am finding the r4i gold card a little difficult to manage and get games working, against an Acekard I also bought and run Akaio software. Everyone is really helpful but don't really explain what files are actually for. I have tried to give you my knowledge of 4 weeks so far. You should check regularly for updates to all the above.
I can't even download the software to put on card won't work? Any suggestions? Or anywhere i can fin it to download it>
