hi i would like to know if the R4i gold is compatible with the new 3DS XL. i have asked a local shop and they said that the R4 that they carry, (SDHC) might not work properly with the 3DS XL so i was wondering if it's true. i have also stumbled upon a news article regarding 3DSes bricking if used with an unauthorized device. (sorry im unable to provide the link to the article) could anyone shed some light on this matter. i have never owned a DS so i have no prior experience. I haven't read or heard of any problems using a flashcart on the 3DS XL. It's only a 3DS with larger screens. If you are purchasing a R4i Gold then i suggest you purchase http://www.r4ids.cn/ Take note of the web address as there a few R4i Golds.
