I just got a R4 sdhc dual core and I'm trying to find the right firmware to use. . . the v1.30 beta firmware off of ww w.r4isdhc.com loads but it has issues. the system doesn't sleep when I close it and if I remove the sd card it's like I never had any sav files. I've tried wood r4 v 1.38 and v1.45b, both freeze while loading. the cart is white with a silver label. to see what the card looks like go here ww w.r4isdhc.com/rtswhite any help would be appreciated.
Hmm , this is a R4 clone card, if anyone want to buy a R4 card , please buy this one real R4i gold 3ds : http://www.digitopz.com/r4i-gold-3ds-flashcard-for-nintendo-3ds-p-216.html or this one r4i sdhc: http://www.digitopz.com/r4isdhc-3ds-flash-card-p-310.html buy the correct cards can save you guys a lot of trouble. To answer your questions, have never used this card before, but i have checked this official site, i didnt find your V1.30 beta firmware, where did you you find the firmware. and why didnt you download the firmware from the official site. and another, pls dont dont use other firmwares such wood, r4i-sdhc, they dont use for your flashcard. Suggestion" Format your sd card, go to the official site and find the correct firmware, according to your description, you can download the firmware from here: http://www.r4isdhc.com/download_sliver/ take a try By the way, i dont know which console do you have, DSi or 3DS, what firmware, 1.43 ? 2.1.0-3 ? i dont know whether you need to update your flashcard before you use this card. Hope can give you some help!
Don't do it. Silver card is totally different. Silver - is ttds clone, but white is idsn clone. But white is not 1:1 idsn clone, and there is no newer firmware then 1.30.
thanks for the info. sorry about the console info, I meant to post it, lol. it has issues on my ds lite and my 3ds(v ?? should be 2.1.0). I tried my friends dsi(v 1.4.3) and it still has issues. i got the beta firmware from ww w.r4isdhc.com/download_white/ , which is the website where we bought the cards.
i think you need update your flashcard first, did u try to follow the steps which is "Firmware Upgrade Precedures" in the link you left.
