R4i Error message please help

    I have a R4i Upgrade but last night when I play Pokemen SoulSilver it's frozen up my screen and when I turned it off and turn it back on it gave me this message "An error has occur". But when I put my R4i to my DS lite it's worked fine. Can someone help me on this matter. I'm really appreciated

    I'm sure this is a valid tread.

    You don't have an R4i Upgrade with the proper DSi 1.4 Firmware update.
    You need to buy a new flashcard, or upgrade your R4i with an update file if your R4i site provides it.
