One of the R4i cards (there are tons of them) made a special Christmas version, and left the "t" out of the name (Chinese don't speak/type English very well). It's not a fake card, but it is a clone of something.
i just order a r4isdhc happybox version, should i have gone with a non clone like r4-III. which card is better quality?

Yes, they are that much better than the R4i. I cannot tell you if a patch will be out by the time your Acekard comes to you. 1.) No one knows exactly when patches will be available. 2.) I don't know where you ordered it from, where you live, and what type of shipping you got.
