i just switched from r4i to acekard 2 and when i opened my dsi and the games the saved files weren't there. i mean the saved files were still inside the card but when i oped the games all of the saved games were missing. is there a way to bring it back or something? ???
You may have to convert your save files. Check out the ShunnyWeb convert in the Common Issues thread. https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=1462.0 Also, I think the Acekard defaults to FILE.NDS and FILE.NDS.SAV for the naming of the NDS and SAV files. There may be an option to change it to FILE.NDS and FILE.SAV like the other cards somewhere in the system settings.
There is an option where you can change the save file names on the AK settings. For my saves, the file extension would be something like "Nintendo Game.nds.sav". The saves would still have to be on the SD card because they are not saved on the rom file itself, so try looking on your computer throughout the SD card for the saves. My saves are in the same folder with the games, if that helps at all. Best of luck, miros
