R4i 3DS reads only few games

I got my R4i 3DS cart today. I bought it from 3ds-flashcart (Wood R4i Gold 3DS), I hope it was a legit one.

I installed "Wood_R4iGold_V1.64" kernel from r4ids and it works. Problem is I can only start few games, other ones are recognized as "Corrupted DS Program File".

Games that work:

New Super Mario Bros, Phoenix Wright - Trials and Tribulations, Pokemon White, Pokemon HeartGold, Cod MW and FF XII (it's recognized but I only get black screen).

Games that aren't recognized:

Chinatown wars, chrono trigger, every other pokemon, fire emblem, time hollow and many more (about 20).

Also Pokemon Heart Gold worked before and it doesn't work anymore.

I've tried formatting to fat32 and 16 and also tried some other kernels (wouldn't start with them, I guess that makes sense).

Any recommendations?

p.s. I'm using it on DSi 1.4.5E

edit: I've borrowed friends sdhc card, every game works there. I guess I've received a faulty card and card reader, at least the cart is working...

Yes, this can be locked/deleted if you ask me, I've tested 20ish games till now, everything works great. Great cart, shitty sd card.

 

at least you got it sorted so you're not pulling your hair out!!
