some times when i go to start r4 the normal ds start up screen comes up and says theres no nds game in, it is this normal?
Re: r4ds start up problem I've been having the same problem recently funnily enough. pulling out the micro SD and pushing it in again firmly solves the problem for me though
and with some games when i close the ds it may turn off, not go in to standby, or both the sound and the screen will flicker fast.
Make sure there's nothing intruding with the MicroSD and slot for it in your R4. Alternatively backing up and reformatting may fix it.
Had that problem too, try re-inserting or reformat it, back it up first. And yes, I sometimes have that sleep-mode problem too, it's just a wrong thing in the rom, happens with my with M&S @ OG (mario and sonic at the olympic games) You cannot even link-play it with other, you can wi-fi though..
yes these problems are popular within most of r4 owners, you know that their site is updating kernels , it stil correcting defects ,as you mentioned slip mode is still with some "defects" the soft reset as well, still affects on some games (slow downs or crash) , don't use additional stuff; just play and save is quite good for now! ; for formatin just use the usual way right click on the card and... ok you've done it so many times before hope you nice playing
when i start some games it says cannot access save file plz start again is it the r4s problem or the games ..
what is the r4 problem as this keeps happening to me ,lets me have some games but others it says save data cant be found ???? plz helppppppppp xx
