I downloaded the the files for the wood firmware from this link. http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=39701.0 I copy/pasted the files and folders in the directions. I turn on my DS. It gives me that warning sign. The next screen is loading... and thats it. Can anybody provide insight on my mistakes? Thanks
Which R4 card do you have? R4's such as the R4 SDHC, R4 Upgrade, R4i King, etc. won't work. Only R4 for NDS/NDSL, R4i Gold (only original version of the cart, V2.0 and such don't work), and R4idsn are compatible.
Sorry i forgot to mention that. on the cart is says: R4 Revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS) Just to confirm, which file should i download?
You'll want the v1.22 for Original R4. You may need to back up and format your MicroSD card first (full format) to get it working correctly. Put on fresh firmware files after the format, then go ahead and throw back on everything else non-firmware related. It should work at that point.
