R4 Skin?

I was searching through ndsthemes, and i found this r4 theme:

It says Almo made this. Did he really do it? Because it *is* based on RomUlation..

I made that thread, but SOMEONE, (who's name i shall not say, Phatomkids) spammed the thread and it got locked, so the thread isn't there anymore.

 

I checked it out yesterday, and it was there. Its gone today?

 

no, it wasn't locked for some reason.

Although i thought it was locked, that makes me happy, im gonna make an other theme for my DS
