R4 SDHC

    I accidently deleted the firmware files in my friend's R4 SDHC and now we don't know how to make it work. Anything I download won't work, the DS is stuck at the loading screen.
    Specific names please? (Links would be appreciated)

    does the card have a sticker on it? check the website it has and redownload the files from there
