I have a slite problem with my 4GB card the problem i have with it its very slow. Now i Have a 2gb and a 4gb Now the R4 SDHC upgrade is compatible with 4gb problem is its very slow loading games. And when i try the 2gb in the SDHC upgrade its fine and fast. So i don't know what my problem is. I have formatted it FAT 32 default. I ain't got a clue now. I wasen't happy when i recieved this product as now i noticed Its a clone and also i cannot download any other firmware example 1.18 and 2.16 (Ithink its that numbers) Anyhow. I noticed the only software that got working on here is the one that was told me to download from their website. Other firmware was just showing a picture of a little cartoon and a question mark Link : http://www.neoflash.com/img/mk6/ttds_load-2.jpg So i was gutted in a way i have to use DSi firmware on my R4 card. So yes its very slow and i want to know what i can do to fix this problem Also if you know how to get any other firmware working on the SDHC UPGRADE then that would be a great help because at the moment i have to use the one they told me to use which is R4i Software.
I have a r4i upgrade and an r4i v1.4 and an acekard 2i and they all load pretty fast,the r4i upgrade i have has an 8gb micro sd in it and its fine.What does the box that your cart came in say on it ?if its a red box with r4i-sdhc.com than i think the firmware you need is v1.09b just visit the site and download it from the nearest server im in england so the nearset to me is germany but obviously make sure your downloading the englsih version from germany providing you speak english that is :

I downloaded the firmware from the site which is -+ r4i-sdhc and sometimes i get this error i put the firmware on but then i load my ds and this comes up http://www.neoflash.com/img/mk6/ttds_load-2.jpg I don't know what to do ;\ Im using R4i software on a R4 SHDC upgrade ;s Understand ? what i thought was R4i software was only meant for the R4i card ;\ but i cannot even use any other software unless it shows that menu icon
hay i have the same thing. works fine for me just that it looking for the game and is makeing sure that it loads it up right. if you want fast stay with 2g but if you want more games with you then use 4g. going to have to sacrafice some thing

Hello. I've got an R4i SDHC Upgrade (2nd generation) of http://www.r4i-sdhc.com . It came standard with a 2 GB microSD. I have bought a 4gb microsd y'day and installed kernel R4i Dutch V1.09c [DATE: 2010-4-14] (Yes, I'm Dutch.) Now, my 4gb is slow while my 2gb is fast. Some games (Pokémon Platinum for example) suffer from lag at some times (Like running in Platinum.) Does anyone know how to solve this? Even the kernel is slow. I have a r4i gold card when i load firmware on to card my dsi does not work, I am new to this could someone please help me. :'(
