R4 question?

    to use it could I just pop all the files into an sd card and into a dsi and not have to bother about the flashcard.

    No. It is not possible to run roms from the DSi sd slot.

    You need a card that supports DSI, acekard2i , R4i SDHC est

    A basic R4 will not work on a DSI console

    a flashcart firmware will only work on the flashcart it is designed for. nothing else.
