R4 question to do with micro sd

    is there any way possible , like any firmware that can be downloaded that will allow me to use an 8gb micro sd with my R4, i really wanted to be able to put all the ds games i have on the 1 card, thus i got a bigger card and found it doesn't work since its apparently to big(even though its supposidly meant to be supported)

    if you mean an original R4, no, and it's not meant to be supported. if you mean an R4 SDHC a firmware update might be able to cure it, but it might not, depending on where the actual problem is.

    pretty sure mines the original unfortunately, thx anyways though, looks like i'll have to grab an ace kard thenXD

    orginal R4 can support up till 4gb only

    effectively only up to 2GB since non-SDHC 4GB cards are virtually impossible to find.
