Hey so you may or may not remember me from a few years or maybe it was last year back. I was a member here who loved romulation for it's nice source of oat's however time passed and eventually romulation got the ban hammer so I kinda left romU So now I picked up my old ds and I wanna have some fun with it but however I see times have changed and things kinda aren't the same. First of all when i was around most games did need arm7 patching however since my cheap litttle r4 also had ysmenu I could also play some games without arm7 now I one day then discovered wood r4 which really breathed some fresh air into my r4 and turned it almost one of the best carts out there (besides the 2gb microsd card limit). Now I wanna play some new ds games but almost every good new ds games has ap so I wanna get some help. I see wood r4 is still updated by ywg and I also see Ysmenu has this retro gamer pack which is like a source team updating ysmenu with patches to ap so can you all just guide me in the right direction and tell me which fw i should use for my original not clone r4 which I play on my DS not DSI or 3DS also I see that wood r4 1.16 lets you play pkmn black n white but wood r4 v. 1.17 lets you play ghost trick for ds So does that mean I need to keep woodr4 1.16 to play black and white n 1.17 to play ghost trick cuz when I used to play on my r4 wood r4 new updates would help all the new games and would be compatible with all the older versions thus you didn't need to switch through them..? So please align me to this new grid chow~
Just use the latest version of WoodR4. Why would the newer release stop you playing games that were fixed in the previous one? That would be silly ;D

@ FreudinLemur -well pokemon black and white has been out when prob wood r4 fw v 1.31 was out yet the ap guide for black and white on romU sais wood r4 v1.16 fixes the ap problem why would they say that when a newer version of wood is out? btw kudos for the quick response @ Jhon - well I knew the wood r4 one but thnx for the ys menu build quick edit: Jhon you told me in yur post to get wood r4 v1.33 but the link you gave me tells me the newest build is 1.31??
