R4 not working

    I'm sorry if I posted wrong or posted in the wrong section.
    Again, I apologize in advance but I really need help. I am trying to set up "Wood R4" for my DS. I followed a tutorial on the site step by step, making sure I did nothing wrong. As soon as I insert the card into the DS and turn it on, the screen stays on "Loading..."
    Here is the R4 I'm using, and I don't know if it is a clone or not. I am also playing with a DS lite. I really need help, I've been wanting to play games for ages and I can't because of this problem.

    The card itself says
    R4
    Upgrade
    Revolution for DS
    (NDSL/NDS)

    I can say nothing else about this clone except that it won't run Wood. You have yourself a clone.
