r4 moonshell problem

    ok , so i turned on my r4 yesterday

    tried to load moonshell form the menu , then both my screens go white.

    anybody else had this problem?

    anybody know how to help?

    firmware version? try reformating it

    ^Yes backup, format your MicroSD, and then reinstall the firmware,

    i have the same problem, but i can't figure out how to format and backup my microSD and reinstall the firmwre. is there a turtorial here?

    Just backup all your data (copy it somewhere), connect your MicroSD to your computer, find your removable drive in My Computer, right click, and then select Format. By reinstalling the firmware, just download the firmware again and replace all the other firmware files with the fresh copy.
