R4 loading problem

I have a R4 with YSmenu v1.17a12(without original firmware 1.18), I tried to play the patched version of WarioWare D.I.Y. and it failed.
After that if i wanted to play a newly stored games it only plays one time then it freezes when you select it.

example:
I putted Pokemon ranger 2 on my R4 and the first time with .sav making it runs normally.
But now if i boot up my DS and even go over it to select an other rom my DS freezes.

I formatted my card already and it runs the other games very well but Pokemon ranger 2 don't

please can someone help me make pokemon ranger 2(and other new games i want to put on my card) run again?

That should have made sense but it didn't.......ah well......

 

It doesn't reconize my old savegames anymore even from other games like pokemon HG or SM64DS. Is there a way to make it reconize my old save games with this firmware(they are 512KB)

 

You need to change the names of the save file from .sav to .nds.sav
