I know this question is probably easy but I just don't get it :-\

    System: Nintendo DS Lite (White)
    Card: R4 III Upgrade
Game Trying To Run: Blue Dragon - Awakened Shadow

What is the lastest firmware for R4 III Upgrade?
(I've tried the latest R4 III firmware from the R4 III Website but that doesn't work)
(I've tried the latest R4i firmware but that doesn't work either)

Is R4 III Upgrade Compatible with the Wood firmware?
(Tried Wood v1.08, v1.09 and just regular Wood but so far none work)

Is there a problem with the card or is it just lowgraded?

    Games that don't work:

    -(WORKS) Pokemon SoulSilver Version (Freezes)
-Blue Dragon Awakened Shadow (When I select New Game It doesn't let me go any further)
    And Numerous Other FUN Games

Can someone PLEASE send me an answer to the problem or a link that isn't broken to the lastest R4 III Upgrade Firmware

    Thanks ;D

    Regards,

You got a clone card of r4 :/
    It won't update anymore.

It is also NOT compatible with wood r4 1.09

    For the Pokemon problem,
you must download a patched/cracked version for r4.
    It will work.

    For the Blue Dragon problem,
    wait for a fix.

I don't know if there will ever be made one.

They both run without problems with wood r4.

    My advice?
    Buy a new flashcard,
like EZ FLASH VI, ACEKARD or CYCLODS ;)

good luck finding patched versions! (hint: try searching on this forum for rudolf patch -> pokemon heartgold/soulsilver)

Thanks for telling me now at least I know that nothing
can be done, guess I'll have to wait until they make a
patch for Blue Dragon Awakened Shadow ( Though it is
    an insanely awesome game ).

I guess all I can do is keep soldiering on ;)

    Thanks by the way
