Hi all, I've been trying for days to get my R4 to work on my original DS. This is the card I have; http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n125/eckyjunior/R4-III-SDHC_2.jpg So far YSMenu seems to be the only firmware working with it, but I'm 99% YSMenu does not work with Black Ops. I've tried wood and kernal but both don't work, unless I'm doing it incorrectly. With YSMenu Black Ops just freezes on the black loading screen and with Wood and Kernal the ds freezes on the loading screen before the menu. Any help would be much appreciated.
Noooo ! I did exactly as stated in the above post and was getting excited but.... After downloading all that stuff it still gets stuck on the loading screen before the DS menu....
you said you already had ysmenu, right? you just have to download ttds/ysmenu fixes v6.38 and then copy and paste to the root of your card
The DS loads now but I'm back to my original problem. When I load Black Ops it just gets stuck on a black screen, and when I load it through YSMenu it says "[Rom loading failed] load rom errcode=-4" Post Merge: [time]1290404893[/time] Btw iluvfupaburgers, do you know if it's possible for Wood to work on the R4 (pic I posted) ? Thanks for your help so far, it's just so frustrating trying to get it to work lol
