r4 help

can any one help pls....put games onto r4 card played few times..now games have gone at least ten games are on screen but next to them inbrackets its got <DIR> whats it mean pls

 

My friend hv a some problem that same with you
she just formating the MC n play again normally, back up the save data 1st..

 

Have either of you tried scrolling down?

 

You need to have extracted the ROMs so that you get .nds extension files, so that the R4 can read them. And then just put them into a folder, and then browse the folder in Games on the R4.

 

sorry to be pain..not sure what you mean....kids were playing games for about week..but now they wont come on..i put memory stick into my pc,and 19 games have gone into a folder,when i first did games i extracted files to removable disc eg f and they were fine.

 

thanks for reply...i did exract files to removable disc..games were fine for about week,when i put in my pc the games missing are now in folders,does it make difference if games names on ds are now in brown coulour,games what still play are wrote in black?i know i sound a bit thick but new to this and not so young if you get my drift,sorry if i shouldnt have replied to you.

 

Probably the theme settings configuration in your configuration .ini file for your themes that explain the different colours (selected, not selected etc.).
