Hi there, I coughta r4 card to go with my childs NDS the only problem I am having his them being able to delete the games from the main menu by pressing the X next to the game, is there any way I can fix this problem? I have warmed him taht this is deleting his games off but as he is young he is doing it accidently Thanks in advance
Are you asking how to disable the delete or to recover the game? Pressing x will just delete the game, not the save file so you can just copy the game back there, and for recovering the game i recommend pandora file recovery . Hope this helps
He or hear will have to lern, just show that you just need to the press A button I had to do that with my 4 year old nethu
Thanks for the replies, it was as I thought that I couldn't disable the function, we are now down to 19 games from 48 on Xmas day, very frustrating for me I have now took the DS off him as he needs to learn a lesson. Anyway discussing this with a friend whos child has a TT card which does not allow the games to be deleted so easily would it be possible to use the TT software on the r4 afaik and am aware the only difference is the casing the memory card are the same?
No you wouldnt be able to use the DSTT software on the R4,as they only work with the software created for them.

YSmenu will work on clones. Use my tutorial. It is based off of TT menu, but I still think you can delete with the X button if it's really that much of a problem buy a TT card. Last time I checked they were only like $4 at deal extreme
