Good luck-also make sure you know exactly which r4 you have, it might be an r4i which needs differenr firmware.

if you have the box that the R4 came in, then there should be a website address at the bottom

or you can look here for your card, and download the latest firmware http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/

 

its still not working!!! i have two different ones. one just keeps saying loading and the other one comes up menu?

 

the 1 that says "menu?", hasn't got the right firmware on it, or has the right firmware, put on incorrectly

and the 1 that says "loading", cannot play the game, maybe 1 of the newer games, and an anti-piracy issue

What does the label say exactly on your r4?

You need a specific firmware.

it just says R4 Upgrade revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS)

tried that.....i'm gonna have to go through them all aint i?! GRRRR!! God i hate these cards Cyclo are sooooo much better!!

 

did the r4 card come in a black box originally about 10cmx12cm ?
