whats a good place i can buy r4ds at? and if i dont have a portable device folder than will it not work and one more thang do i have to format it and if so do i have to have a admens account?

 

I'm not sure about the administration part but a good place to buy them is http://www.dealextreme.com/ but they're currently backed up with orders I think so http://www.gadget-asia.com/ is a good place as well.

 

how about npxgame.com are they good and will r4 still work with no fat 32 or 16 setting

 

Whichever FAT should work.

 

I got my R4 at www.gamekool.com. Last time I checked they were going for about $30...

Yes, when you have selected your ROM, there should be a cheat button to press, or press Y to enter it. Then just enable or disable the checkboxes beside the cheat name.

You can't disable them in-game, they must be enabled or disabled before.
