R4 DS factory reset?

    I accidentally upgraded my R4 DS using R4 III downloads, and it doesn't work any more. is there a way to factory reset my R4? i don't really have anything worth keeping on it.

    just delete the R4 III firmware and put the proper one back on it.

    yeah, i put on the latest kernel and got rid of the r4 III files. are there specific files I should check?
