is there a way to change the startup directory of the R4 because it sucks to have all those folders on the root of your card because certain homebrew needs their folder in the root. That way i can just start it up and it to some folder, where i have a folder that says gba games, applications, nds games snes games, nes games, etc... That would look way nicer instead of having to scroll through a bunch of folders.

Usually with SNES, NES (the emulator) etc whatever, you still have to keep the SNES ROMs in the folder labeled SNES (example: SnemulDS). No, you can't, with homebrew, because if you have separate folders to load from that come with the homebrew, they specify that that folder must be on root for the homebrew to correctly, so in their code, it looks for a directory from FAT, "VGH" etc. whatever. So if you put it somewhere else, it won't find it. Some programmers might do otherwise. Would be nice if they implemented a file browser so you can browse and load the folder yourself, but it's not too easy for regular homebrewists.
