R4 Cheats

    is there a way to add more r4 cheats into the cheat file you already have?

    I think you download an updated file and replace the current one with it.

    Download the R4 cheat editor from the official site and open it and open up the usrcheat.dat file that should be in your microsd. If not, create one, add the game and it's ID and the AR cheat code. You can check the ID of a Rom with one of the options on there. Then place back in system folder. Your cheats should now be added.

    i downloaded the cheat code editor and made a folder with cheats for 3 games.
    i added to "_system_" folder but when i select one of the games, it doesn't dysplay the press y for cheats
    what should i do?

    Just try downloading the CHEAT.DAT file from the following website: http://cheats.gbatemp.net/

    They frequently update their cheat database; it contains cheats for pretty much every game out there.

    You don't actually make the folders you know. If your R4 can't detect it, rename to usrcheat.dat.
