R4 Cheat menu/DQV patch questions

    I've been trying to get GBAtemp's cheat menu to work on my r4 but it isn't working, I'm using an r4 but have the TTDS menu software installed and have had no trouble with it up till now. Do I have to rename the file to the USRCHEAT.DAT, or can I just leave it CHEAT.DAT? I've tried deleting the USR one and that doesn't help. Any suggestions?

    Also is there a patched version of DQ V with the anti-piracy disabled? That's the main reason I want the temp cheats.

    The help file that comes with the cheat files from cheats.gbatemp.net says that both the TTDS uses the USRCHEAT.DAT file. The R4 can use either the USRCHEAT.DAT or CHEAT.DAT but not both (Pick one).

    usrcheat.dat is used.
