r4 card

    i download ds games, then i send rar files to usb port, but when i brig them up on my ds they will not play think its going into music files, but dont know

    Not much help, this person is new.


    Read the "common issues" thread in the technical help section, it's obvious the games need to be opened from the rar files they were compressed into.

    To make it simple.

    1. Download WinRAR here: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

    2. Install WinRAR.

    3. Right click the rar DS game you have and click "Extract Files".

    4. You should now get a new folder with a .nds file in it. That .nds file is the game. Send that to your SD card and load it up with your R4 card.

    I'd advise 7-zip instead of winRAR, it's much better (less resource heavy, smaller, better compression ratio, free)
    you can get it from here.

    Otherwise it's pretty much the same as Raysie describes.
