    Hey,

I am sorry for the bad english but I didn't knew the right word for it.
Today I bought a new Nintendo DS Lite in Green XD
I also had the big old DS and now I had money to buy the new version.
I always had the R4 card for it and never had any problems with it.
But on my new DS it is diffrent this are the problems it has:

    - When I play a game sometimes it is getting stuck afther a few minutes, the ds isn't doining anything anymore and I need to reset it.
    - When I turn my DS on he doesn't read the game card I need to restart the DS a few times before I get the R4 card screen.

What can I do about this?

    Thanks for the help!

    Melissa

  2. Dear Melissa,

I know what your talking about i've got a black lite and a old one.
It seems it doesn't have this on my old one but does on my lite.
I kinda learned to live with it to save alot and not panick.
I sadly can only tell you to put out your DS when it get's stuck take out the micro SD blow in your DS and where you put in your SD and try again.
I've tried things like firmware but it doesn't change the problem, also i have this ackward problem when my R4 has been a while in my DS
when i put in a original it won't read... when i keep pushing my original when turning on the DS it seems it will read as if the R4 makes the contacts wider..
    All i can say i hope somebody els might know things to help you out, but so far i know it's normal.. and you need to find your own tricks to keep it working ^^;

Good luck! And greetz from me =D

    Okey thanks for your reaction!
Well the positive thing is then that there isn't any problem with my ds it self.
I hope there is someone that knows the solution.
Or else I just need to live with it like you say. :)

Try backing up your data and reformat your MicroSD, and then make sure to blow on the circuits and loader of the DS. And carefully put the MicroSD back in the R4 with no force.
