    Simple and idiot question.... what is the difference btw them??? i only got R4 and cant play alot of roms!

    R4 - the team that did the software are gone - so no more official updates, therefore the newer games will get more problematic. Unofficial software is available to increase compatability.

    M3 well supported card, at the moment working 100% - a recommended upgrade

    upgrade from R4 to M3? No, its a physical hardware difference.
