Your computer has associated NDS files with iTunes. You may have at one time tried to run the file, and either selected iTunes, or the computer tried to find the best program.

It doesn't really mean anything. The files are still ok, and haven't changed. You can still put them on your MicroSD can play them as usual.

The default file format for the games have been set to 'iTunes'.
Right click any .nds game, click open with something that plays .nds games.
    Like an emulator.
The game should play normally on the R4 regardless.
And my name is Michael too!

Usually the feminine version of Michael is Michelle, right? I never really heard it as "Michaela"

But I digress. You could just ignore the problem, since it doesn't really matter.

Hrm... sorry. Thought it was like Michael A.

    Still, it wont affect anything.

Just don't double-click on it, it will open iTunes with an annoying error message.

Yes of course, they're still NDS file.

I'm just wondering, do you use mac or PC?

They still are NDS files, they've just been associated with iTunes. In order to turn that off you have to do a registry edit. But you can tell it to open with another program, right clicking on the file and choosing "Open with..." and selecting a different program and highlighting the "always open with selected program" box.

You could download No$GBA (you can find a link in the Common Issues thread). Then choose "Open With..." and Browse to the No$GBA.exe

This will make them default to opening with the emulator.

    It still is .nds.

The computer just changed what program it opens it with.

You could still play it normally.
