    how do i add new codes to the games on my r4?

    You can download prebuilt cheat databases here:
    http://cheats.gbatemp.net/
    http://cheats.gbatemp.net/Temp/

    You can also use a program like R4CCE to edit your cheat databases and add/remove any action replay codes yourself.

    where do i put the file on my r4?

    how do i make the cheats usable on my r4?

    Open R4CCE.exe
    Click file and open USRCHEAT
    READ THE IMPORTANT NOTICE in cheats.gbatemp.net
    Delete some games and move the games you want to the top.
    Put it into System_32 or system folder.
