(R4) _System_

I accidentally deleted the _system_ folder awhile ago and I recently felt like trying to put cheats on it, does anyone know where I can redownload this folder, or any other way I can reobtain it? Sorry if this is a stupid question

I don't know exactly which one you have (R4DS or R4i or whatever), but this one works perfectly on a normal R4DS.

Yeah, I know that 1.18 isn't very new, but it was on my pc.
It's the newest firmware from the official R4DS site (r4ds.com), I didn't look at r4li.com.

On top of that, every game I play runs perfectly on 1.18 (except M&L Bowser's Inside Story )

There is nothing wrong with 1.18, maybe it hasn't many cheats. But still, it's a good alternative.

I have to admit, it's better to download from r4li.com ;D

 

R4li's firmware is unofficial. 1.18 is not outdated in anyway, it's the latest official firmware. With cheats, you can get databases from cheats.gbatemp.net, so how many cheats there are isn't an issue.

 

You're right. After prince112's post, I downloaded firmware 1.23 and used it on my R4DS.
Some games didn't work properly and Moonshell didn't work either.

Now I use 1.18 again and there are no issues with games or Moonshell.
I've downloaded the cheat database from gbatemp, now it's working even better ;D
