R O O M S nds

    Hi all
    I have a R4 card using the firmware in the link below


    I have downloaded and have been trying to play 'ROOMS' on my NDSlite
    I am getting know where on it

    1) it won't save my profile - everytime I have TRIED to play on it

    2) i can't move onto 'or' play in the first room even, as it keeps freezing on me
    time after time

    any ''help'' appreciated...

    as to why?

    Use Wood R4 v1.08. It's somewhere in the Flashcard Help.

    I have tried this firmware already and I can't get it to work on my NDS, says I need xxxxloader.


    ***question tho: if it did work would the ROOMS game be the only one I could play, what I mean is,
    all my other games that I have saved and play on will they just not work, would I have to re add them and start again??

    No, if you use Wood R4, all you need to to is change your save files from *.sav to *.nds.sav, that's all.

    hi again :)

    How do I do that exactly? save files from *.sav to *.nds.sav

    as/ when they are already saved on the Moonshl2 firmware?

    and what is the missing xxxx loader it says when I try to use the Wood R4 firmware?

    I'm not completely sure how it is on a English computer, but you have to do a right click and edit the name, and then just change it to *.nds.sav. About the XXXX loader, are you using an original R4 or a clone?

    Hi again

    I always save my files as *nds files......after unzipping them

    and I am using an original....when I tried the Wood R4 firmware, and switched on it said I had to load the xxxxloader!!

    Those are the NDS ROMs, we need a Save File, which is saved as a *.sav file, which you have to change to *.nds.sav to get them to work on Wood R4. About the XXXX Loader, did you copy everything to the root of your MicroSD?

    Yes they are *sav files, after I save my game.
    and yes --- to the root of my MicroSD


    Can't save at all on this ROOMS game....or move on to other rooms.

    So.....still no luck palying on the ROOMS game :(
    shame as it seems good when viewing it on sites.

    Can't get it to work at all!
