does romulation steal points??? I have a friend how has a new account on here on romulation... he doesn't have to much time to go online. the problem is my friend is downloading Galerians PSX ISO the downloads did not finish and his points got deducted??? any idea on how to resolve that problem?
Once a download is started the points are taken, if you'd read the introduction guide you'd know that you can resume a download just fine without being charged points. Also you can even restart a download for the 24 hours following your initial download without being charged points. Also we cannot steal points as they aren't really yours, you didn't buy them or anything, you got them for free.
