some alcohol is good for you in moderation, Red wine in particular benefits the circulation. So does garlic :)

Dark chocolate is very good for you, it lowers blood sugars. Also, wine has a higher alcohol content than beer.

I read somewhere that one Hershey's Kiss's amount of dark chocolate daily helps with a lot of stuff. Although, my grandfather (who was a doctor for 50+ years and still is) doesn't believe me. :p

    I can't understand your heights. I'm actually 165cm and 60kg, so I'm 5'4. I had to use a converter :( Whatever you say Solus :p

well, that guide is good, but lack of....recipes.

for start, you should have a tuna sandwitch, its fast and easy to perpare. you will need

    -Bread
-Caned tuna, but you can stim your own tuna
    -Slice Tomato
    -Some carrot (fine choped)
    -Some Lectues (fine choped)
    -Thousen island souces
    -Some Black Pepper

Step 1: Mix the tuna with Thousen island souces and black pepper
Step 2: Place the vagetable in order from biggest to smallest on top of a bread.
Step 3: Place the mixed tuna on top of the vagetables
Step 4: Place a bread on top of the tuna

    enjoy.

canned food is not good for you in long term. preservatives are cancerous.

simple high protein breakfast food-egg omelette

1.Heat olive oil in frying pan.
2.Crack 10 eggs removing the yolk. you only want the white. (Yolk is high in cholestrol you dimwit!)
3.Pour the white into frying pan, add dried herbs seasoning to taste.
4.Enjoy, this is a high protein meal for breakfast. As for lunch or dinner, I suggest eating chicken breast meat. Low in fat and white meat is much healthier than red meat.

Can you scratch that, I just measured my self.. I'm 5'7 >.>

anyways, I'd reccomend adding a little fiber in your diet.. it cleanses the body of impurities.... and it makes pooping a whole lot easier
