Our system is usually smart enough to detect if it's two persons using an account each or just one, so there shouldn't be any problems.
But if the brother lives in the same house, and by extension has the same IP Address, how can it tell the difference?
User behaviour, we don't just log the IP connected to an account, for example, we log the downloads as well for multiple reasons such as not taking points again for 24 hours following the initial download, but it also allow us to do some neat checking on user downloads habits. I'm not exactly going to go into details since that will just help users avoid it, but there are obvious signs for one person or multiple persons.
