    Is the lost and the damned and gay tony stand alone content or do you have to have grand theft auto 4 to play them?

    They're stand alone games. You don't need GTA4.

    Actually, depending if you buy the retail version (like you buy the disc at a store), it's stand alone. If you download it from Xbox Live, you'll need GTAIV.

    you will need gta4 if you download those versions from XBOX LIVE
