I had 800 points today.... so i wanted to download some games, so i clicked on download on 4 games, i only got to download COD world at war. the rest of the downloads sent me to an error page. when i checked my points, i had only 440. Im sad, can i have my points back? ??? :-X :-\ :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
It does say we only allow downloading of one file at a time for normal members. you'll have to wait for Seph to see this, but I suspect he'll say no because its technically your fault for not reading the bit that says only one download at a time.
I checked the log and I can see we actually did log the downloads barely 1 minute apart. It's not supposed to do that so our fault. I'll refund the points and see if I can prevent it in future.
