Question about ESA shutting down Romulation last year

    Hi I am in the process of trying to bring my old site Nintentoad.com back to life. One of the last post I did was almost a year ago about Romulation.net (Here: http://www.nintentoad.com/2007/10/romulationnet-is-dead.html ).

    You had a message saying that the ESA shut you down. So now that I am starting the site up again I would like to post about Romulations revival. So I was hoping someone here could
    tell me what happened and why Romulation has not been permanently shutdown again?

    Because of a technicality I'd rather not discuss, the important part is that we're alive again.
