If the game is anything like the anime (judging by the trailer it will be similar) then i highly doubt there will be a NA or EUR version.

Yeah it's only girl, well if it's derived from the anime it should be only females and the anime wasn't that very good in my opinion, just an easy way to show big-breasted girl fight till they die
Well I havent watched the anime, yet, but the game does look good so it might be better that the anime. I guess we will have to wate untill it comes out.
Games from movies always suck, but I don't really know for animes (except FMA, that one sucked badly)
well i play couple of anime base game, it wasnt half bad, Gun Slinger Girls, Dot Hack and Dragon Ball Budokai is a good example.
