My acekard is loading fine, but im not to hot on this, how do i replace loaders with the new akoai 1.6 so i can play sonic classic collection, do ii need to format the card to use this loader, sorry new to this and not to sure
Some people say you put them in the respective folder,which deletes the old ones as they are "supposed" to be the same filename.Some people say to delete the old loaders and put the new ones in.Hypnos said he had to put his new loaders folder into the root of his card and into the loaders folder.
you cant simply replace the loaders from 1.6 into 1.5 firmware, they are encrypted to that specific version of AKAIO. You should delete the older firmware files first (_aio folder and akmenu4.nds) then copy the entire newer ones across. Source: http://www.normmatt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=318
